Certarus integrated UpKeep with Samsara for real-time GPS and mileage data, Microsoft Power BI for reporting, and its SCADA system for sensor-triggered work orders, enabling near–real-time asset locations, automated preventive maintenance by mileage and automatic work-order creation from SCADA thresholds. The UpKeep-based solution eliminated days of manual location updates, improved on-time work orders and equipment utilization, and delivered about $500,000 in annual cost savings on roughly $10,000 of integration spend (approximately a 50x yearly ROI).
