Universal Pictures turned to Upfluence to grow the Universal All-Access Rewards program and needed to drive awareness, traffic and signups. Facing the challenge of increasing visibility and conversions for a new rewards audience, Universal engaged Upfluence for a fully managed influencer marketing campaign combined with social ads retargeting.

Upfluence ran a two‑pronged six‑week program with four hand‑selected influencers (each publishing six Instagram Stories with custom bio links) plus audience analysis and Facebook/Instagram retargeting against three lookalike segments. The campaign delivered +553K combined impressions, +881K cumulative audience reached, +32K engagements and a 22% conversion rate, exceeding audience reach expectations by 73% and achieving a 33% influencer content reach rate versus a 5% industry average.
