Nescafé AZERA engaged Upfluence to help launch AZERA Intenso Espresso in Switzerland, where a saturated market and a perception of the brand as too “commercial” made it hard to build awareness and engage younger coffee, food and lifestyle audiences. Upfluence proposed an influencer marketing program combining a barista workshop activation and a classic sampling campaign to target young men and women interested in coffee, food, lifestyle and fashion.

Upfluence recruited 10 Swiss influencers to produce 72 content pieces (including 59 Instagram Stories and 13 posts) and granted Nescafé reuse rights for PR. The campaign delivered strong organic performance: 657K impressions, 43K engagements, 1.16M PR reach, and 779K Instagram Story views, while average influencer following reached 108K (vs. 25K projected) and most KPIs outperformed projections by 212–391%.
