With Upflow, Feefo automated follow-up workflows, centralized customer interaction history, and synced invoice data from NetSuite in near real time. The results were strong: Feefo saved 92 hours per month, reduced the value of invoices 31+ days overdue by 26%, and cut DSO by 16% between February and October 2024. In one month, Feefo even collected 140% of billed amounts, showing a more efficient and customer-friendly AR process.
