Clickatell, an online payment solutions and bulk communications company, needed a way to manage a large volume of contracts that were stored in PDF format and spread across multiple jurisdictions. Updraft provided legal drafting and management solutions to help Clickatell organize and secure these agreements.

Updraft deployed an internal team to review and migrate approximately 900 existing contracts, capture reporting data, and integrate the documents and metadata into a contract management and data security system. Updraft also automated drafting and management for Clickatell’s core agreements across Europe, the USA, East and West Africa, improving consistency across master service agreements, credit and customer application forms, pricing schedules, and related contracts.
