Nature’s Bakery, a fast-growing plant-based snack brand and an UpClear client since 2017, needed to modernize its trade promotion management processes after being acquired by Mars Inc. The company also faced new parent-company business rules, limited IT resources, and a need to move beyond manual ERP-based reporting and existing BluePlanner usage to support more of its business.

UpClear helped Nature’s Bakery upgrade to the latest BluePlanner 5 SaaS platform, adding improved planning interfaces, indirect retailer/distributor planning, the Payments module for deductions, and automated data integration through UpClear Data Services. As a result, Nature’s Bakery now has automatic transactional data loading, better-structured deduction management, and faster access to deeper, more actionable data with fuller visibility into trade spending, promotions, and customer performance.
