Valio USA Inc., maker of Finlandia Cheese, had outgrown its legacy trade spend system and needed a fast, scalable Trade Promotion Management solution before year-end. UpClear implemented BluePlanner using an agile “start fast, small” approach, enabling Valio’s sales team to begin planning promotions in as little as four weeks, with integrations and payments delivered in subsequent phases and analytics in two weeks. UpClear also supported a seamless SAP ERP cutover with no reporting disruption; Valio achieved immediate ROI, closed-loop payments, better promotion insights, and is now exploring multi-scenario planning in BluePlanner.
