How Twinings North America Saves Time on Distributor Deductions

Twinings North America, an iconic tea manufacturer, was spending significant time managing distributor deductions from KeHE—around 3,000 each year. To improve deduction handling and reduce profit erosion from invalid claims, Twinings used UpClear’s BluePlanner TPM alongside TrewUp to support deduction management and document processing.

UpClear and TrewUp automated the flow of deduction backup documents into BluePlanner, where they were matched to promotions and contractual agreements and attached to deduction records. This eliminated a large amount of manual work, saving Twinings close to two weeks of effort and about 80 hours for one customer, while improving efficiency, research time, and open AR management.
