Electrolit USA, the electrolyte hydration beverage brand, needed a better way to plan, execute, and track promotional sales and trade spending as it grew through a complex distributor-led route to market. To support that need, Electrolit selected UpClear’s BluePlanner TPM Standard Edition for its U.S. business.
UpClear went live with BluePlanner after a rollout project that ran from May to October 2023, with support from Clarkston Consulting and Electrolit teams. The solution trained sales and finance users and is now helping Electrolit add structure, control, insight, and speed to promotion management and reporting, with the implementation completed successfully in just over six months.
