Preview of the LISA TECH A.s Case Study

LISA TECH processes 1.5 t/h of waste with UNTHA RS60

The customer, LISA TECH a.s., a Czech company specializing in the upcycling of post-consumer waste, needed a shredder that could be integrated into a new recycling plant to process plastic and Tetra Pak waste into a homogeneous material. Their requirements included a throughput of 1.5 t/h and a target granulate size of 25 mm. They partnered with vendor UNTHA to find a solution.

UNTHA implemented its four-shaft RS60 shredder as the starting point for the plant. This customized solution efficiently shreds up to 1.5 tonnes of material per hour to a particle size of approximately 25 mm, preparing it for the production of construction panels. The shredder was successfully integrated into the plant's control system for automated operation, meeting all of the customer's throughput and material quality requirements.
