The results were strong: MongoDB hired all of its URM early-in-career talent through Untapped in 2019, and the platform helped the team increase recruiting efficiency, widen the talent pool, and hit diversity OKRs. MongoDB continues to rely on Untapped to support goals such as 50% gender parity and 20% underrepresented racial minority hires.
