The solution designed and built by Unstuck Labs was a mobile application and admin dashboard for iOS and Android. This HIPAA-compliant platform featured patient-friendly reporting and real-time data flow. The resulting Empower Me App improved patient monitoring between clinical visits, supported more data-informed care decisions, and created a clearer communication channel between patients and their providers.
