A Unmind Case Study

Preview of the John Lewis Case Study

How to John Partnership Embeded a Company Wide Mental Health Strategy

John Lewis (the John Lewis Partnership), an iconic UK retailer with a long history of employee wellbeing, needed a proactive, inclusive mental health solution to help it become “Britain’s Healthiest Workplace” by 2025 and to support a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce. The Partnership selected Unmind’s workplace mental health platform as a confidential, evidence-based way to extend preventative mental health support to all Partners.

Unmind delivered a company-wide platform rolled out via Wellbeing Champions and internal communications, giving access to roughly 80,000 Partners across stores, warehouses, offices and delivery teams. Adoption was strong — hundreds signed up on launch day, 1,000+ in the first week and over 8,000 logged in after a year — with Unmind Tools used ~52,000 times for a total of ~270,000 minutes, helping John Lewis measurably improve partner wellbeing.
