Unmind implemented its "Workplace of Tomorrow" manager training program, which provided bite-sized resources and expert-led events focused on mental health conversations and psychological safety. The results were highly impactful, with 94% of Entain's managers completing the training. Of those, 97% found it helpful and 73% took positive action, equating to over 2,200 managers implementing improvements for their teams. Unmind's solution led to a reported 33.1% improvement in managers' effectiveness in their roles.
