The University of Houston, a large public research university and the flagship of the UH System, relies heavily on social media to reach students, faculty, alumni and the public and to communicate during major events and emergencies. UH needed a way to benchmark performance across platforms (especially Instagram), generate fresh content ideas, track customer‑service reply times, and produce clear reports to demonstrate social impact.
