Seven Bro7hers Brewery Gets Visibility Over Every Keg, Can and Bottle

Seven Bro7hers Brewery, a Suffolk-based craft brewer run by seven brothers, supplies hotels, restaurants, craft bars and their own venues. Using Sage, they lacked visibility over every keg, bottle and can, relied on manual stock counts, couldn’t track batches through production, and needed a cloud solution that would integrate with Xero.

They implemented Unleashed, gaining batch tracking, production controls and per-unit costing, and used the Unleashed API to build a bespoke beer duty report that cut reporting from a day to a single click. The result was clearer inventory visibility, easier margin and cost analysis, fewer stock issues and significant time savings that boosted productivity.
