Miglas High Performance Windows is a third‑generation, Melbourne-based manufacturer of custom double‑glazed windows and doors for high‑end residential builds. Because every product is made-to-order and the business stocks around 600 SKUs, Miglas struggled to predict demand and manage components, which led to stock shortages, urgent overseas orders, delayed deliveries and higher costs that sometimes made jobs unprofitable.
