Brunswick Business Services (BBS) is the trading arm of Brunswick Industries, an Australian disability enterprise that employs 58 supported workers and provides component assembly and packaging services. BBS lacked a reliable stock control system, producing incorrect or hard-to-get reports that hampered customer communications and threatened plans to expand.

BBS implemented Xero and Unleashed with support from Cloud Ease, running the old and new systems side-by-side during rollout and training an internal Unleashed expert.
