Jenny | Waltle, an Austrian manufacturer of aluminum, metal, and plastic parts, needed a flexible automation solution to address labor shortages and support small-batch production. Universal Robots helped Jenny | Waltle implement two UR5 cobots with 3D vision, vacuum grippers, and modular tooling to pick randomly oriented parts, align them, and feed a CNC mill with high precision. The result was zero-fault production, no bad parts since deployment, faster changeovers in under an hour, and an 11% increase in output within twelve months.
