Sanofi, a global healthcare company, faced the challenge of improving productivity and ergonomics on its packaging line in Tours, France while reducing repetitive, physically demanding tasks for operators. To address this, the company worked with **Universal Robots** and deployed **UR10 cobots** to support palletizing operations on a tight production line.

**Universal Robots** provided collaborative robots that could operate safely without caging after risk assessment, fitting into the limited space at the end of the line and helping optimize line organization. The result was improved ergonomics, less load carrying and travel for employees, and an estimated **10% reduction in operator working time per day** on the task; each UR10 was reported to lift **300–700 kg per day**.
