Britannia Parking, a respected UK car park management operator, sought to improve its service resilience and business continuity. To meet this challenge, they implemented the Zatpark parking management solution, a SaaS platform from vendor Unity Five, to enhance integration and provide a more reliable enforcement system.
The solution from Unity Five equipped over 150 enforcement officers with a mobile app for issuing notices and integrated with back-office and third-party systems for automated processing. This resulted in significantly improved efficiency, allowing Britannia Parking to expand to over 450 sites and issue more than 112,000 Parking Charge Notices. The implementation also provided a self-service portal for motorists and robust business continuity protection.
