With a single systems administrator supporting a highly virtualized mix of CentOS, Debian and Windows servers, the primary challenge was managing constant change and maintaining reliable IT services across remote locations without on-site IT staff.

The combined solution added snapshots, replication, granular single-item restores, long-term retention and DRaaS, stabilizing the infrastructure, simplifying administration and enabling rapid restores (under five minutes for typical file recoveries), while protecting against accidental deletes and multi-site failures.
