The Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge, a non-profit that supports 68 churches and 31 schools, struggled as its IT footprint grew: its legacy Backup Exec setup was inflexible (queued backups blocked others), agent licensing and renewals were burdensome, and it was difficult to meet backup windows and regularly test restores.
