United Living Group worked with Solstice to deliver a new build-to-rent community in Milton Keynes, responding to the growing demand for high-density, high-quality homes for young professionals. The challenge was to convert former office space into a contemporary private rental scheme that balanced affordability, sustainability, and modern amenities in a fast-growing location.

United Living Group provided a full turnkey service, including land sourcing, technical design, construction, and site management, and used light gauge steel frame MMC to improve cost and programme efficiency. The Solstice Apartments scheme delivered one- and two-bedroom homes with landscaped gardens, roof terraces, coworking space, a fitness centre, 120 parking spaces, and 168 bicycle storage places; it also included 14 discounted rent homes starting at £840 pcm, saved the customer £100,000 by avoiding PV panels, achieved 70% local supply chain use, and supported apprenticeships, local labour, and community engagement.
