United Living Group worked with Wandsworth Exchange on a £65 million regeneration scheme in London, helping address a shortage of new housing in an area where demand for affordable homes is high. The customer needed a mixed-use development that could bring new homes, retail space and community facilities to a well-connected but constrained urban site.

United Living Group delivered a full turnkey, end-to-end solution covering land sourcing, design, construction and project management, resulting in 201 mixed-tenure homes, including 21 shared ownership apartments and discounted homes for local residents. The scheme also delivered ground-floor retail space, a new public library, improved landscaping and pedestrian links, 349 cycle spaces, and fire-safe Corium brick cladding, while creating social value through T-Level placements for 23 construction students.
