United Data Technology Provides Labdiscs to Citrus Elementary School

Citrus Elementary School, a K-5 school in Vero Beach, Florida, needed to address a major lack of technology in its fifth-grade science classrooms and better equip students to improve productivity while supporting STEM-focused instruction. The school turned to United Data Technologies (UDT) to help identify a modern science learning tool, ultimately selecting Labdisc for its classrooms.

United Data Technologies helped Citrus Elementary research, purchase, and implement Labdisc, an all-in-one portable science device with built-in wireless sensors and GlobiLab software. The solution gave students the ability to collect and analyze real-time data, increased engagement and excitement for science, saved classroom space, and reduced lab preparation time; the district now plans to expand Labdisc across other schools.
