UDT helps the all-girls school refresh hardware and reignite enthusiasm for e-learning

Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, Florida’s only private all-girls school for grades preK-12, wanted to modernize and sustain its education technology program, but over time its laptop initiative had become reactive and difficult to support. United Data Technologies (UDT) was brought in to help the school move beyond a one-time hardware purchase and find a long-term technology partner, including support for student devices and classroom technology.

UDT implemented a managed services approach with an onsite technician four days a week, a ticketing system for faster support, and ongoing monitoring of servers and switches. United Data Technologies also deployed Microsoft Surface Pro devices, created a technology roadmap and refresh schedule, and provided teacher training through its professional development team.
