UDT Advances 1:1 E-Learning For Miami-Dade County Public Schools

Miami-Dade County Public Schools worked with United Data Technologies (UDT) to support a major digital learning initiative for its 365,000 students. The district’s challenge was to move from paper-based content to a 21st-century learning model while also addressing classroom pedagogy, teacher development, and infrastructure needs for 1:1 e-learning.

UDT helped implement a large-scale solution that included 100,000 tablet devices, along with planning and support around Intel and Microsoft technologies. The result was a more engaging, collaborative, and student-centered classroom experience, with teachers reporting higher motivation and participation, principals seeing improved rigor and fewer disciplinary issues, and families gaining broader access to technology at home.
