Major Car Dealership Company needed to modernize its IT environment and gain better visibility into security, management, and business data as it moved more of its operations to the cloud. United Data Technologies then migrated a data center with 8,700 servers to Microsoft Azure in just 120 days and built a disaster recovery environment in Azure that saved the company millions of dollars. UDT also used Azure advanced analytics, Power BI, and machine learning to analyze 30 years of data and help optimize dealership inventory, while expanding the customer into a long-term managed services relationship. The engagement contributed to UDT’s own growth as well, with managed services revenue doubling year over year, 50% revenue growth, and 25% net income growth.
