The Child Neurology Foundation (CNF), a patient advocacy organization, identified through an assessment that families of children with neurologic conditions were struggling to access essential social services like food and transportation. To address this, CNF partnered with vendor Unite Us to implement its platform, creating the Neurology Social Services Network (NSSN).
