Magnox, the UK nuclear decommissioning and operations contractor for 12 nuclear sites and a hydroelectric plant with roughly 2,500 employees, faced rising costs, skills competition, government fiscal pressure and legacy, paper-based performance management plus fragmented spreadsheet-driven financial planning that slowed decision-making and absorbed staff time.

The new solution digitized performance management, fostered a more collaborative, people‑centric culture, and established a “golden record” for budgeting and forecasting, saving about 30 minutes per person (~2,500 hours/year) on performance tasks and projecting 50 FTE hours/month in FP&A efficiencies while enabling faster, more timely financial insights and decisions.
