Colruyt, Belgium’s leading supermarket chain known for collaborative supplier relationships, needed an eSourcing program that reflected its values and improved consistency across teams. After a market review it selected Unit4 Source-to-Contract by Scanmarket for its functionality, security and intuitive UX, aiming to standardize sourcing processes, preserve category knowledge, expand supplier sourcing and improve market intelligence while rolling the platform out to business operating units (BOUs) with focused education and support.
