East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24/7 emergency care across six counties to about 6.2 million people, handling over a million emergency calls a year. Facing fragmented, manual spreadsheet-based budgeting across more than 100 budget holders and the looming IFRS 16 lease accounting change covering some 1,500 leases, the Trust needed faster, more accurate planning and easier budget administration.
