Unisys supported this challenge with Cloud and Infrastructure Services, including installation and de-install, corrective services, Field Change Orders, upgrades, and globally trained field engineers.
Unisys implemented a global services model with more than 1,200 field engineers across 32 countries, managing around 140,000 cases annually, many requiring mission-critical support within four hours. This helped Dell EMC expand global coverage, reduce the cost and time to implement solutions, and enable customers to compete better with next-generation innovative offerings.
