United Community Bank worked with Unisys to improve service for customers across Northwest Iowa by making online and mobile banking faster, more reliable, and always available. To support this goal, Unisys provided ClearPath Financial Server software for FS Series along with ClearPath Forward advisory, automation, integration, and platform implementation services.

Unisys helped United Community Bank unify its existing systems, management, and backup recovery processes on a 100% virtualized environment with an industry-standard hypervisor, using fiserv Premier as the core banking application. The results included update times dropping from 30 minutes to under 6 minutes, near-100% uptime, lower operational costs, and better backup, replication, and environmental management through a common virtual toolset.
