A Unisys Case Study
The 82nd Airborne Division Association worked to provide life-enhancing services to active-duty and veteran paratroopers while improving fiscal visibility and accountability. Unisys helped the organization by developing a CRM solution and a private cloud-based environment to support membership management, event planning, volunteer recruiting, and related functions.
Unisys consolidated records and added trend analysis capabilities, along with tools like an online store for event merchandise. As a result, the association reduced its membership database by one-third, from about 60,000 records to 40,000, improved real-time communication across HQ, committees, and 119 chapters, simplified sponsorship and opportunity coordination, and lowered administrative costs to free up more funds for priority projects.
