A Unisys Case Study
Flowserve, a global manufacturer and servicer of fluid motion control solutions, needed to protect critical intellectual property and provide reliable IT support for 17,000 users across more than 40 countries. To meet these challenges, the company turned to Unisys for global end-user support and cybersecurity capabilities.
Unisys implemented Unisys Stealth with microsegmentation, along with Digital Workplace and Infrastructure Transformation Services including Service Desk Managed Services, Field Engineering Services, and Network Managed Services in eight languages across six managed service centers. As a result, Flowserve strengthened protection for critical assets, exceeded its 90% first-call resolution target, and gained predictable, budgeted end-user support costs.
