National-Level Police Force Department needed a better way to recruit and select candidates for a national-level police force. Unisys helped address this challenge with a workflow application built on OpenText MBPM, along with ongoing maintenance support and application updates.
Unisys streamlined the recruitment and screening process, improving speed and consistency while providing visibility into each candidate’s full selection lifecycle, including sports, intelligence, psychological, medical, and safety checks. As a result, the department could better respond to Ministry of Justice requests for specific enrollment volumes, and Unisys enabled the center to review about 65,000 candidates per year, helping ensure thoroughly screened officers were ready for training.
