Unisys implemented a customer-centric signature verification and inward check clearing system that centralized customer and employee signatures across three Southeast Asian countries and supported secure check processing in a cost-competitive offshore location. Unisys also modernized the platform from a 2-tier client-server setup to an open, scalable 3-tier web-based solution on Microsoft .NET, resulting in enhanced customer service, improved risk control, reduced operating costs, and ensured regulatory compliance.
