A Unisys Case Study
HSBC México, a major banking provider serving retail, commercial, private banking, and wealth management customers across Mexico, needed to improve service for millions of users while supporting a large and distributed IT environment. Unisys helped address this challenge with End User Global Field Services for project work and infrastructure support.
Unisys implemented support for more than 80,000 distributed devices and 17,000 users, including onsite express centers at the two main sites. The result was a better end-user experience through improved IT availability and a 25% reduction in overall support costs, helping HSBC México better serve customers and support business growth.
