Creighton University partnered with Unimarket to simplify and modernize campus purchasing. The primary challenge was making it easier for faculty and staff to obtain supplies and reducing slow, paper-heavy procurement workflows, so Creighton adopted Unimarket’s online eProcurement system.
In the three years since implementation Unimarket’s solution cut the approval cycle from eight days to about 20 hours, reduced filing from seven or eight cabinets down to one, and lowered office-supply costs by roughly $30–40K per year; faculty adoption improved because the system is simple and easy to use.
