The Adecco Group fuels digital transformation with a feature-full intranet

The Adecco Group in France, a 9,000-strong workforce operating across 1,000 offices and placing 120,000 interim staff weekly, needed to replace a legacy intranet that only delivered one-way news. Facing siloed business units, poor search and low collaboration, they selected Unily to deliver a modern digital workplace—ADICT—built on the Unily platform with Unily Social and Office 365 integration to reinvent communication, collaboration and productivity.

Unily implemented ADICT with Unily Social, intelligent search, a document center, Teams and Outlook widgets, Workspaces, and a gamified training rollout (including a launch “treasure hunt”). The results in the first four months: 100% adoption (9,203 users), ~1 million sessions, 6,164 social posts and 16,479 reactions, 150,000 searches, 70,000 news views, 539 content pieces and 70,000 clicks to apps—reducing email-driven collaboration and accelerating Office 365 use thanks to Unily.
