The company wanted a single employee experience that could better serve people across diverse lines of business, simplify its complex organization, and support its culture and purpose after the Aetna acquisition.

Unily helped CVS Health launch Heartbeat, an employee experience platform with personalized news, featured stories, topic and author subscriptions, favorite apps, social features, and a People Directory. The platform was named Ragan Best Overall Intranet of 2023, and CVS Health reported an 85% increase in comments in year one and a 90% increase in adoption in year one.
