To keep employees informed across locations, languages and roles, Pitney Bowes selected Unily and its Digital Experience Cloud to deliver a modern intranet that could support targeted communications and personalized content at scale.
Unily implemented an Office 365‑integrated intranet with Yammer, OneDrive and SharePoint integration, centralized document and app repositories, people search and localized, role‑based messaging. The platform consolidated multiple regional intranets, launched in just six weeks (vs months for previous custom builds), supported the new brand rollout and improved global collaboration and discoverability for Pitney Bowes employees.
