Wiggle, the UK‑founded global online retailer for cycling, running and swimming operating in 70 countries and 10 languages, needed to replace a basic WordPress intranet that offered little two‑way engagement, collaboration or document management. To modernize its internal digital presence and reflect its brand, Wiggle partnered with Unily and adopted the Unily Intranet as a Service built on Office 365.

Unily delivered a customized, Office 365‑powered digital workplace—personalized homepages, a social Hub aggregating external feeds, a people directory with real‑time communication, an intuitive documents portal with version control and Yammer integration, plus mobile apps and ongoing consultancy. As a result, Unily helped Wiggle boost staff engagement, reduce email inbox overload via Yammer, create a single source of truth for documents, improve cross‑functional collaboration and accelerate customer‑facing processes for faster, better consumer experiences.
