Informa, a FTSE 100 business spanning publishing, events and intelligence with 7,500 colleagues across five divisions and dozens of countries, needed a scalable digital workspace to boost collaboration, simplify communications and increase Office 365 adoption. Unily implemented a single digital workplace—leveraging Unily Sites, Tribes and integrations with Office 365 and Yammer—featuring an intelligent information architecture, highly personalized Smart Feeds and a consolidated vacancies interface. The new Unily intranet gave 7,500 users one central hub, combined five vacancy feeds into a single, popular page, increased Yammer engagement, improved findability and cross-divisional collaboration, and accelerated Office 365 adoption across the Group.
