Unily’s targeting, personalization, AI translation, searchable knowledge tools, and social recognition features helped drive 76% adoption across the business, with Atlantis Dubai reaching 99% adoption among 6,000+ colleagues, and Kerzner reported stronger employee engagement alongside two consecutive Gallup Exceptional Workplace Awards.
