Monsoon Accessorize, a global retail chain trading in 73 countries, faced fragmented communications between head office, buying teams and shop-floor staff (many without desktops), plus the need to share timely reporting with international partners. To improve Office 365 adoption and deliver the right content to the right people, Monsoon Accessorize chose the Unily intranet-as-a-service, launching their branded intranet “Moogle” on 1 August 2016.

Unily delivered an Azure-hosted, managed intranet that integrates Office 365, OneDrive and Yammer and uses Unily’s Tribe functionality to create departmental collaboration pages, streamline document control and surface store and sales reporting to internal and external users. The Unily solution now supports about 3,000 users, boosted engagement and transparency across teams, simplified reporting access for partners and reduced internal IT overhead by providing ongoing updates and customer success support.
