Turtle & Hughes, a Linden, New Jersey–based independent electrical and industrial distributor, faced a shifting marketplace as customers demanded easier, more capable digital buying experiences. To digitize its business—launching a new eCommerce site, automation, and analytics—the company engaged Unilog and selected its CIMM2 platform (with built‑in PIM and CMS) to drive the transformation.

Unilog delivered the CIMM2 eCommerce engine, PIM/CMS capabilities, and nearly 300,000 enriched SKUs via its Affiliated Distributors content partnership, enabling Turtle & Hughes to go live on a four‑month timeline. The site now hosts about 400,000 items, saw nearly 200 customer registrations in the first two weeks, and unlocked analytics, faster SKU creation, and CRM consolidation; Turtle & Hughes is targeting nearly one million SKUs and at least a 50% internal efficiency gain as it continues working with Unilog.
