The Water Closet, a division of Desco Plumbing and Heating Supply serving southern Ontario, needed to modernize its showroom business online. With a bare-bones website, almost no traffic, low Google visibility, a manual quote process, no French-language version, and limited lead tracking, the company turned to Unilog for help.
Unilog implemented the MyPlumbingShowroom.com platform and SPEX Builder to give The Water Closet a rich online catalog, real-time product data, branded quote tools, and French-language support. The results were strong: web traffic grew from about 30 visits per month to 12,000–13,000, online sales increased more than 25% year over year, Google rankings improved organically, and staff could produce quotes much faster while delivering a more professional customer experience.
